Terms and Conditions

All goods will be sent by registered mail.

Shipping to destinations within New Zealand costs an extra 3% of total cost of items.

We do not ship to countries other than Australia and New Zealand.

Should you wish to return an item you have 7 working days from the date the goods are received to contact us on peter@safetysolutions.com.au and obtain a goods return number. We do not pay return postage, and it is up to you to return the goods with all the contents and instructions in a resaleable condition. We cannot accept any returned goods which have been used partly or wholly.

We recommend you send returned goods by Registered Post and we accept no liability for goods posted by you but not received by us. We also reserve the right to charge a handling/re packing charge on returned items at our discretion. A refund will then be issued within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. We expect to process all orders within 3 days of receipt, the standard postal service thereafter may take up to 4 working days to deliver. Whilst we endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible, goods may take longer to deliver to isolated areas within Australia.

We hold stock of all items. If we are unable to supply an order for more than 14 days we will notify you and you may choose to cancel the order and accept a refund. If the delay is going to be less than 14 days we will place your order on our back-orders register and ship your item as soon as available.

Please note that some parcels (e.g. the Super-Visors) will not fit through a letterbox. If no one is at home to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a note advising how to get your parcel.

IMPORTANT. Claims for missing or damaged goods, can only be investigated if reported to us within 30 days of the ordering date.
